When You Actually Need an Office

Go in person when:

• Your details are wrong and USSD or the portal won't let you fix them
• You need to correct an ID or a dependant's documents
• An employer's contributions aren't reflecting and email hasn't fixed it
• You've been told to bring documents for verification

Take with you: your national ID, your phone (the one registered with SHA), and copies of any documents involved, like birth certificates for dependants or payslips showing SHA deductions.
